Fresh

3 times a day crush once fresh clove of garlic and mix with 1 tablespoon of honey. Eat and drink a cup of orange juice or water directly after.

Herbal Pills

Try to make as much as you can protectively store!

This one can be more complex, so I definitely recommend planning out a decent amount of time for prep and to make as many as possible in order to not have to resupply anytime soon! These pills if stored correctly can last infinitely.

Step 1: You will need to make some garlic powder. If you already know how skip to the next step!

  1. Separate the cloves of garlic from each head. Peel each one.

  2. Lay the garlic cloves on your dehydrator trays and dry until crisp and brittle or place in oven on tray on low heat until crisp and brittle.

  3. Allow them to cool completely.

  4. Using a spice grinder or a coffee grinder, grind the dried garlic cloves into a fine powder. You may need to allow your grinder to rest between batches if you have a lot of garlic to grind.

  5. Store your delicious ground garlic in a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid.

Step 2: Place powdered herbs in a bowl and mix honey and water until it creates a sticky paste. You can also add other oils or syrups during this phase for added potency.

Step 3: Add some sweet powder and knead mixture until it is smooth as dough.

Step 4: Break dough into small round pieces the size of an Advil pill. Dry in a dehydrator or on a cookie sheet at 150 degrees with the door open until dried. Place in a closely sealed jar.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: 6-9 Capsules throughout the day.

Poultice

For wounds and burns

ITEMS NEEDED:

  • Fresh garlic, 2 or 3 cloves

  • Knife, fork or garlic press

  • Cheesecloth, large washcloth, or other thin fabric

  • Bowl

  • Warm water (not boiling)

  • Optional: bandage (to keep poultice in place at awkward angles)

  • Olive oil or non-petroleum jelly

DIRECTIONS: Crush the garlic to release the juices. Lay out cheesecloth and double it over. Place crushed garlic into the middle of the cheesecloth. Fold it up like a burrito, making sure all corners are tucked. Place the poultice in a warm bowl of water for a few moments. Put olive oil or other type of oil over wound while poultice is in water. Squeeze out excess water and place on wound or burn.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Repeat daily 3 times a day until healed.

Syrup

Used for colds, coughs, asthma, bronchitis, and lung irritations/infections.
