VII. The Chariot

The Chariot

This card is all about moving forward and taking action! I look at this card in two ways. One is that this is when the Fool encounters the great warrior in the chariot and is guided and inspired to take action and continue on his journey. Another is that the Fool himself is in the chariot being taken to his next step in his journey or avoiding it, and now is the time to move! Either way, the main idea is that those new ideas, plans, and endeavors that you have been planning, need to be put into action! This is also a good time to regain control of your emotions and spirit!

UPRIGHT- While upright, the Chariot brings accomplishment over one's obstacles, which will leave you feeling inspired enough to take action on your next new adventure! There may be challenges, but you got this! Keep pushing through the hard work and you can overcome anything!

REVERSED- When reversed, it usually means that there has been a lack in motivation lately. This is when I interpret it as the Fool hiding from his duties. Regain control of your life, you

are not a passenger! With determination and drive you can get through these hard times and make it on to the next stop!

LOVE & RELATIONSHIPS

UPRIGHT: When dealing with love and the Chariot appears, now is a the time to conquer your emotions and fears towards the new relationship or lifestyle. Try new things. If you are already in a relationship and things have been bumpy, no fear! With communication and determination you will get through it!

REVERSED: Be patient!! Things may seem to be going slowly either in a reationship or not, and that is ok! Relax and enjoy the small steps, you will look back and cherish them in the long run!

CAREER & FINANCES

UPRIGHT: Now is the time to start feeling ambitious and ready to take action! Any issues with yourself or others around you need to be pushed aside and start focusing on your dream life. This can also mean travel for work.

REVERSED: Be careful to not come off to embrasive, it may end up ruining things for you in the long run. Also remember to take things one step at a time, if you are rushing things, you may not get the outcome you would like!

HEALTH

UPRIGHT: It is time to start taking care of your health. Maybe start a new excersie routine or diet. This card also can mean digestive issues, so try to eat healthier!

REVERSED: Keep an eye on your digestion, if things seem out of whack, change your diet! The Chariot reversed also suggests not over doing yourself when it comes to taking health precautions. Everyone has to live here and there!

SPIRITUALITY

UPRIGHT: A new spiritual journey may be heading your way. It is time to start taking the time to dig deep into yourself and the connection you have with the world around you. It may be difficult to calm your brain, so take

small steps to help ease your worries and build that connection.

REVERSED: When it comes to Spirituality, the Chariot reversed may indicate that you may be over doing some things. Take time to understand what and why you are doing what you are doing!

The Chariot, an ambitious and inspirational card, will lead to success... as long as you work for it! Push yourself to achieve the goals you want to, and enjoy doing it. Remember, no over doing it!
